There IS a stigma against belt-mounted mobile devices. A huge one. But unfortunately that doesn't stop people from wearing them. In my opinion, wearing a mobile phone as an accessory is a worse offense than all the fat people in Florida combined (who incidentally were probably not from Florida, but from neighboring states in the South. There IS a stigma against belt-mounted mobile devices. A huge one. But unfortunately that doesn’t stop people from wearing them.

The post was done very tongue in cheek and I have made sweeping generalisations and I'm pleased to hear that I was wrong on number 2. There was definitely more belt-mounted action going on than I've ever seen before. And on number 3, I think you're right - Floridians are all sunshine and oranges - it's all the larger people from the surrounding states that have skewed my judgement.
