There IS a stigma against belt-mounted mobile devices. A huge one.  But unfortunately that doesn't stop people from wearing them.  

In my opinion, wearing a mobile phone as an accessory  is a worse offense than all the fat people in Florida combined (who incidentally were probably not from Florida, but from neighboring states in the South.  Floridians on the whole are rather fit, I think)</description>

The post was done very tongue in cheek and I have made sweeping generalisations and I'm pleased to hear that I was wrong on number 2. There was definitely more belt-mounted action going on than I've ever seen before. And on number 3, I think you're right - Floridians are all sunshine and oranges - it's all the larger people from the surrounding states that have skewed my judgement. Back to blogging about cool technology and stuff I think . . . . ;)</description>
